'RAZOR STRINGS'
Syntax: cast 'razor strings' <target>
Spell type: MENTAL (CHARM) / AFFLICTIVE
Dependency: none
Illusionists use strands of magic to control their duplicates, just like
puppets on a string. When the illusionist is without duplicates, they are
able to use the strands in a magical spell. The amount of strings they
may attack with depends upon how many duplicates they currently control,
which is up to three at the pinnacle of their powers.
Casting razor strings causes the strands to lash out, dealing slashing
damage. If the opponent fails to make a
MENTAL save, there is a chance
to entangle the target, with a minute chance of strangulation. This is
dependent on first succeeding
SPELLCRAFT.
